Start by infusing an Amalfi Afternoon Cocktail Infusion Kit with gin. Refrigerate for 3 days. Strain and add liquid back into the jar.
Gather:
1.5 oz Amalfi Afternoon infused gin
0.75 oz limoncello
Prosecco/Sparkling Wine
Garnish: lemon peel twist
Add Amalfi Afternoon-infused gin and limoncello to an ice-filled shaker. Shake until cold. Strain into a champagne glass. Top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a lemon peel twist.
